This is utterly true...one's already overdressed when he's wearing brogues, smart jeans and a dress shirt. Add a casual jacket, and you stick out like a sore thumb (or rather a very healthy thumb...). A tie or a handkerchief already catapults the outfit to the heavens of ridicule by the crowd. Both? Haha. Nowadays it requires a great deal of 'kiss-my-arse-lowly-scum' attitude to dress in a decent manner. Sweatpants are the ultimate streetwear in this part of the world - the country which at some point was the synonym of style. Oh well, which tie am I wearing today? Does it go with this square? :)
